Carol Haitin, a specialist of TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language), received her education from Pennsylvania State University, UCLA, and the University of California at Berkeley. Ms Haitin has conducted numerous teacher training workshops and developed curriculum for non English speakers at various universities and community colleges – UC Berkeley, Holy Names University, English Language Institute, La Catolica University, Washington Educational Research Associates, Pasadena City College, to name a few. With over twenty years in the field of ESL, Ms. Haitin has been an instructor, administrator and consultant for programs in the Far East, South America and the Middle East. Ms. Haitin is a member of TOESL, IATEL, and a CORO (experience-based training in major sectors influencing public policy) fellowship recipient.

In Lima, Peru, she designed an executive level program for the Credit Lyonnais French Banking Group at Banco de Lima. Most recently Ms. Haitin was the coordinator of a federally-funded program to assist amnesty applicants meet educational goals while serving as an adjunct faculty member of Pasadena City College.
