My goal is to develop new relationships, build wealth and collaborate to support others in their business endeavors.
I want to achieve these goals by building referrals through networking with women in this group for vacation rentals in Palm Springs. I want to share the experience I have had buying, remodeling and renting properties to generate rental income. I create new and modern environments based on market research, by working within a budget and a goal in mind of generating a minimum of 10% rate of return. I can sum this property up in one word…..WOW!!This was our first time in Palm Springs and this house made us feel like we were living in a fantastic “Cocktail Hour Retro Film” ….its old Palm Springs with modern style. The house is beautiful….Cathy our host has thought of every possible need…..kids pool toys…check….towels for the pool…check….lots of pool furniture to lounge on when drinking afternoon cocktails …check ….gas BBQ…check….shaded entertaining area on the porch with cool furniture …check ….gas fire pit with amble seating…..check….incredibly comfortable beds…. check….the list goes on ….every time I needed something it was there ….ok…I’ll stop raving now. On a professional note we reached out to three property’s in Palm Spring and Cathy was the only owner that responded in a timely fashion ….all emails were answered immediately or within a 4 hour window. On an ending note the view from the master bedroom is fantastic…..perfectly framed snap shot of Palm Springs ….you’ll have to stay there to see it.

Owner of GEDDES Solutions – Dental Implant Educator and Consultant.
My 25-years of dental sales experience and clinical education in clinical dental assisting provided me with the unique ability to achieve sales growth, provide added-value solutions for dentists and gain new market share to reach and exceed aggressive sales targets within many divisions of the dental market. My career has span from Toronto west to Vancouver and most recently in San Diego, Hawaii, Palm Springs and Vegas.
After retiring from Straumann Implants 5 years ago to spend time with my family, I missed my customers, so I created a company called GEDDES Solutions. I want to share my passion for implant dentistry and to educate dental staff so that patients can choose the best solution for their long term dental health. I blend communication skills based on education and sales to uncover patients’ true needs by asking the right questions. I work with my former clients who are Oral Surgeons and Periodontists as an independent consultant to help educate referring dental staff, specifically dental assistants, to be able to answer patients’ questions on dental implants with confidence by providing clinical studies and research to answer the three most common questions. The goal is for patients to be referred to a specialist to gather all the information they need about their treatment plan and optimum long term health to make the most informed decision for their current and future dental health. When value exceeds price, price isn’t an issue.
I have been married for 8 years and have 2 adult step daughters and a grandson who is 4 years old. I couldn’t ask for a better relationship with the girls. My husband and I take our grandson to the Bay Club so he can enjoy socializing with other children in the Early Explorer Program. We enjoy a fit life with regular works outs at the club. We enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and entertaining. We have 2 cats; one of which is a very spoiled adopted Bengal named Alleyah.
